Savannah, GA — Clearwave Fiber has committed to the installation of a 100% Fiber Internet network at the newly opened Dundee Cottages, a transformative housing development featuring 39 affordable cottages for individuals and families who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness. The company also extended its investment to The Cove at Dundee, an adjacent community of 46 tiny homes dedicated to veterans exiting homelessness.

The Dundee Cottages project was celebrated with a ribbon cutting ceremony on Oct. 16, marking the culmination of a collaborative effort led by the City of Savannah, the Chatham Savannah Land Bank Authority, CHSA Development, Inc., and the Chatham Savannah Authority for the Homeless (CSAH). The development includes fully furnished cottages, a caretaker’s house, and a resident services building offering a computer lab, laundry facilities, a commercial kitchen, and consultation rooms for on-site programming.
Clearwave Fiber’s contribution ensures that residents of both communities have access to reliable, high-speed Internet — an essential resource for rebuilding lives. From applying for jobs and accessing healthcare to staying connected with support networks, digital connectivity plays a vital role in helping individuals and veterans transition to stable housing and independence.

“At Clearwave Fiber, we believe that reliable, high-speed Internet is more than just a utility—it’s a lifeline. We’re proud to support the Dundee Cottages and The Cove at Dundee by providing Fiber Internet to individuals and veterans exiting homelessness,” said Ashley Phillips, President of Commercial at Clearwave Fiber. “Staying connected is essential for accessing education, employment opportunities, healthcare and community resources. Our commitment to these communities reflects our belief that everyone deserves the tools to thrive in today’s digital world.”
The Cove at Dundee, originally launched as Savannah’s Veterans Tiny House Project, has become a national model for veteran housing. Since its inception, it has provided housing and support to more than 165 veterans.
Clearwave Fiber’s investment in these communities reflects its broader mission to bridge the digital divide and empower underserved populations through connectivity.
